Wallgarden is collaborating with multi-award winning designer landscape architect Sarah Eberle, for the 2018 RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
Wallgarden designs bespoke playhouses, inspirational gardens and children’s garden furniture and are partnering with Eberle by designing a bespoke playhouse for the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in 2018 which will feature within a garden designed by the landscape architect.
The playhouse design is to be inspired by the Chelsea area and is said to be a blend of the local Chelsea environment and that of Hampshire, where both Wallgarden and Sarah Eberle are based.
The small-scale townhouse and garden can be found on the Wallgarden stand at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 22nd – 26th May 2018.
Nadine Charlton, director and founder of Wallgarden, said: “Wallgarden’s work with Sarah combines our great passions and shared belief that gardens should be relevant, beautiful and usable places, which create a lifelong interest for all the family.
“Our intention is to encourage children to grow their own flowers, fruit, vegetables and herbs; and to help teach them about where their food comes from whether they live in town or country. The RHS Chelsea Flower Show showcases the very best of what can be achieved.”
Designer, Eberle added: “Gardens are important to children because they are their first engagement with nature, which can lead to an understanding and empathy for the environment. For most children that connection starts at home. By creating a garden designed for children, we hope we can inspire them to love and nurture their outdoor spaces too.”
